Order

We provide free shipping anywhere in Turkey. If your order is an in-stock product, it will be shipped within 5 business days, if you have customization / personalization requests, it will be shipped within 10-20 business days. Tracking details of your shipment, which is shipped insured, are notified to you by e-mail. You can easily follow the cargo tracking of your shipment from the web address link delivered to you in the said email.

Exchange & Return

You may exchange or return a piece of jewelry purchased from Orientalmonkey.com within 10 business days. For exchange or return, the product must be new, unused, with the label and all protective materials on it. All responsibility belongs to the customer until we receive the product completely, in its own package and with its label. Return or exchange fees are borne by the customer. If the product is lost before it reaches us, the responsibility does not belong to our company. After the product is received complete and in conditions suitable for return / exchange, the customer is notified by email. Following the approval of the return, the refund process takes place depending on your payment method and the bank's own procedures.

Cases that are not covered by the warranty and are not subject to exchange and return

- Personalized products (e.g. rings, necklaces prepared in special sizes; name & letter engraved medallions etc.)

- Products that are used, worn out, differentiated from the original design for any reason, with the label removed;

- Products that have been repaired by a different jeweler;

- Products with missing parts or damage caused by user error;

- Loss of precious / semi-precious stones on the designs;

- Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, consumers do not have the right to exchange or return if there is no defect in the goods subject to sale in cash sales made in sales venues such as stores and workplaces.
